Haven't gained in a year
Hi all,
I have a progress report with pics but stopped using it as I haven’t gained. I’m coming up to 2 years in Oct and I had gained 1.5 cm in length.
Routine is really simple. 4 days on 3 days off (I don’t have time to do more days)
20 mins stretching (from basic to advanced)
20 mins jelqing (both upward and downward palms - 4 to 6 seconds reps)
I do smoke I stopped drinking and just now returned back to working out. I’m 34 with 2 kids so find it really hard to have sessions over 45 mins long.
Please I really need some help or advice. I’m starting to ask myself if for the entire time I’ve been doing something wrong.
