Wow, that’s crazy you have great response to training. I literally lost nbp in 1 day thats how fast the fatpad grew, overnight. But thanks man though I think over 1,6 inch fatpad I have is pretty crazy for what I think is 18-19% bodyfat now. Im 181lbs now I need to get to 170. Last week I could see the ligament attachment even though the skinpad was still substantial now its buried in fat.

I will try and use the gym as the main source of fatloss instead of starvation, probably my long time starved created the big fatgain in the short time.

It could be water my NBP isn’t the same everyday

I agree but working on your fat pad adds a lot of confidence. I just went from 5.5 to 6.1 nbp in a few weeks and the increase confidence is great. Henrikl, Just don’t hang up on the numbers. Hit the weights build strength while losing fat and you’ll lose your fat pad. That’s what worked for me.

Did 34minutes extending today. Was able to point it fully downward which is great. Going to take another measured photo soon for my photo log.

I did 40 minutes extending today. Also took a new picture for my photo log where the extender is pointing straight down. I think its time to add another 0,5cm bar.

Today I used my limited craftsmanship skills to carve a ruler into my unmarked narrow cylinder. The result I can live with and I can now see where 17, 18, 19, 20, and 23cm is on the cylinder. Something that is very useful for making sure the glans isnt stuck to the side hindering length expansion.

My routine after I reach my goal will be 30-40minutes of extending every day before bed and 20-30minutes of pumping every morning upon waking up or in the shower. And when I feel the length is really cemented I’ll only occasionally extend.

I used it 2 times in very small amount to relieve the discoloration from pumping and it works well for that. Also it might help with shaft gains.

Did 41 minutes extending today. Also got interested in condom pumping. It would solve my glans sticking to the side problem and it might allow much longer pumping sessions without excessive edema. I read an old thread where a guy said he could pump to 25Hg without the condom coming off, he used a non lubricated one though, but are condoms lubricated on the inside?

Wow the possibilities of being able to pump one hour without edema, an hour at 5hg, makes me very excited! Ill buy some condoms and try! Will report back.
