Herballist's Routine

I manual stretch every time I use the bathroom. Once a day I apply heat and manual stretch for the count of 60 seconds in all directions. I then Jelq for about 10 minutes and finish with some light Uli’s. I aim for a lig pop during each downward stretch I do, I currently do not know why I do this :D
