Hey happy holidays.
Hello I hope everyone is doing great, whelp I was on a role for last two and a half months it would of been three if I would not of injured my self. So there I was doing my stretching routine(I am only working on length right now) it was going good I could feel the soreness is my ligaments and shaft. Then last Monday when I was pressed on time I stupidly thought I could just jump into my PE without warming up, let me clarify something first my PE routine is basically split into three parts first hours before I do any type of stretching or jelqing I will do a set of 50-100 5 second kegels, then before my stretches I will warm up for 10-20 minutes with a rice sock, then I will go into the restroom to do my stretches which will take about 1 hour then when I am finished I will take a 10 minute break then warm up again and jelq I do about 100-150 reps going from 3-5 seconds for each stroke I am working my way up to more reps.
Anyhow last Monday I was pressed for time and I thought I did not have any time to warmup so I just got right into my stretching routine without warming up which was a extremely dumb idea and a big mistake! My stretches were going good till I went to do my 3rd stretch which was the V-stretch and then I looked down and gasped a little because under a vein on my shaft where I kept getting this slight red spot, now turned into a big red/purple swelled up bubble I immediately stopped.
Now through my 5 years of PE I have had a few injury’s mostly small red spots and bruising, but this was the first time I encountered a injury like this. It was a burst vessel that leaked a lot of blood in that spot and swelled up. I had to take an entire week off of PE which sucked, I did however do kegels about 50 reps a day for 5 days which are great by the way. Anyhow this Monday I was all healed up and good to go, I got back into my routine starting slow I only did one set of my stretches for 1 minute each, this time I warmed up really good and I made sure the rice sock was nice and hot I have not done any jelqs yet I think I will wait till next week to get back into those.
So for this past week I only did each stretch for 1 minute each rather then 5 minutes, see on my first set of basic stretches I will do them straight out, straight up and at a downward angle to hit the ligaments each for 5 minutes each, for the other 3 sets I only do them for 1 minute. It was strange when I got this injury because when I was doing my stretches with out the warm up I did not feel any pain I actually felt like I was getting a better stretch and I noticed I could stretch further.
I will always warmup before doing any type of PE and make sure you all do as well, but out of all that there is good news on Wednesday when I measured I noticed I gained 1 centimeter in length! So this routine is very effective but also very easy to cause injury that is if it is done rushed and without a warmup. I am trying to get my NBPEL to a solid 8 inches which I am extremely close to my BPEL is 8 inches or a little over if I press harder with the ruler, my long term goal is 9-10 inches. I have also been exercising like crazy I do HIT training, weight training and cardio I have also got onto a good diet I think my fat pad has gone down a bit, I have been drinking a shot glass of onion juice every morning for a good testosterone boost and it has been working fantastic.
So I am now going to be very strict and thorough with my PE and always take precautions so I do not encounter a injury, also I notice I am getting more hair growing on my shaft I use a little pair of shears to trim it down it works very good it is the type meant for styling beards and side burns haha I am a little worried that when/if I get to 9-10 inches I will have a penis covered in hair but hey no worries I will make sure to buy extra batteries for my shears. Happy holidays everyone.
