My English is not very good, some word cannot describe correctly, but I’ll try my best
I started linear exercise from 7/7/2022
Under below is my daily work mark
7/7 5min warm + 24jelq +5min warm
7/9 5min warm + 24jelq +5min warm
7/11 5min warm + 30jelq +5min warm
7/27 5min warm + 30jelq +5min warm
7/29 5min warm + 30jelq +5min warm
8/4 5min warm + 40jelq
8/6 5min warm + 40jelq +20 squeezes
8/8 5min warm + 40jelq +20 squeezes
8/10 5min warm + 40jelq +20 squeezes
So far I don’t feel nothing happening, but I’ll try my best to keep doing exercise one day on one day off :) ))
If their is anything that master PE coach can tell me what to do next or what exercise can I add in my menu
