Ok so I am in a long distance relationship with my girlfriend and in September I’m going to visit her (in 3 months). I would like for my dong to be noticeably bigger before the next time I see her. I have been PEing very consistently for about 3 weeks now, however, I made my first measurement last week on 6/2/18 which came out to 7.43” BPEL with a MSEG of 5.25”. I haven’t told her I’m PEing and over video chat she swears my flaccid hang is longer. It seems to be, however, theres no way of knowing for sure since I started 2 weeks before my first measurement.

This is my routine: stretch and jelk
I stretch every single day, as long as I can and whenever I get the chance. I mostly do straight out and straight up but also try to do 30 seconds in each direction when I wake up in the morning. I don’t time myself stretching but I would guess that I put in about an hour of stretch a day and try to do it light enough so I don’t leave a red mark on the tip of my dong.
Then 3 days on 1 day off I wet-jelk for 20-30 min. Usually alternating hands, Jelking straight out with 40% erection, then when theres about 10 min left to my routine, I up my erection to about 60-70% until my 30 min is up (more interested in length at the moment).
I just bought a heating pad at Walmart for $13 so I will be updating on how that goes.
I also just bought a bottle of MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) which is an “organic sulfer-containing compound that helps form connective tissue and repair joints, tendons and ligaments. So I’m hoping for faster repair of my dong and quicker gains. Who knows if it will work. I haven’t heard of anyone else using it but from what I’ve read it seems like its incredibly healthy. Anyway, I’m currently taking 6,000 mg/day. If you guys want more information on it type “msm Dr. Axe” into google. He’s a genius and doesn’t care about making money, just wants to help people.

I hope to post once a week and measure once a month starting from my first measurement at 6/2/18. I know I set my hopes high but hopefully that will push me harder to keep consistent but not hard enough to cause injury.

Also, if anyone has any advice or tips (besides stick to newbie routine) I’d be happy to learn!

So far I’ve been keeping pretty steady with my routine. The first thing I do when I wake up is get a good stretch in all directions. Then I go to work and take about 5 pee breaks throughout the day. Each pee break I stretch about 15 seconds in each direction. When I get home I heat up my dick with my heat pad and do heated stretches for about 20 min (mostly straight out and up). I also throw in some heated fulcrum stretches with a wooden spoon. After my stretch session I jelk for 20-30 minutes and finish off with about 7 min of edging.

In a little over a week it’ll be my first month of PE and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. My dick feels more full and my flaccid looks longer, however when I’m hard it looks the same size as normal so I guess I won’t know for sure if I’ve gained until measurement day. If I measure next week and I don’t gain I won’t give up. I’ll be here until I meet my goals and hopefully longer. One thing I really need to do is take pictures so I can see if it is actually growing. I’ll do that on measuring day so when I see progress it will help push me harder.

The most powerful stretch I can recommend is the fulcrum stretch.

Yeah, I would definitely like to focus on those more and I also need to learn how to do them better.

I’d recommend doing whatever gives you good PI’s… at the lowest intensity possible. It seems you’re stretching and jelqing all day every day, which may lead to hardening faster than you want. I know you have a certain goal… But PE is a marathon, and you can’t really force it! That said I wish you the best of luck!

Thanks for the info Crusherbrooks. I definitely don’t want any hardening on the tunica! That’s the opposite of what I want. I’ve been pretty careful so far and try to pay close attention to avoid any injuries, I don’t wanna get set back or anything. From what I’ve read about stretching, it seems like you can put a lot more time into it without any repercussions. I’m trying to not pull too hard and instead pull gently, especially on the fulcrums. With jelqing, I’ve been even more careful. I know it can really wear out your dick if you do it every day. I usually go 2 or 3 days on then 1 day off, but always pretty light jelqs. I won’t know if I’m gaining or not because I haven’t measured but I’m definitely seeing an improvement in EQ and flaccid hang. I’ll try to ease up a little bit and be more careful to not rush things.
