Honest Effort
Hello.
I’m calling this week one.
Using beginner routine to the letter.
A challenge has been getting the alone time to do the heating. I’ve been using hot water in the shower.
As far as effect. I guess I wouldn’t expect much after just a few times. I haven’t hurt myself. I’ll count that as a plus. It’s been staying harder for longer while I jelque. Staying hard for longer periods has been more challenging the past year or so but I’ve also taken to a half hour on the elliptical before work for the last couple of months, so it could be that.
The only “extra” I’m doing is I wear my stealth everyday and the corkscrew like every other day. I was nervous about doing that after jelquing but it doesn’t seem to hurt or anything.
5.9 bone pressed length and 5.5 tapers down to 4.75 behind the glans.
I’m looking forward to keeping record and seeing if I can effect a change.
