Hopeful2hanglow's Routine
I always hang at least 40 mins to an hour every day. The biggest part of my routine involved the use of my infrared light. Lately I have started clamping before, and in between hanging sets.
Currently hanging 9 pounds. Considering some SO pulley hanging, then moving up to 10 pounds BTC.
On days I don’t feel like slapping the hanger on I always do three clamping sets, and intermittent manual stretches.
