Hopetogrow's Routine
Monday to Saturday - Mornings - 5 min warm up (rice sock) followed by manual stretches - 3 sets all directions, 30 seconds each. Rice sock reheat for 5 mins then ADS with Prostretcher for as many hours during the day that I can depending on work etc.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - Evenings - Hot Shower followed by another 5 mins of heat from the rice sock, manual stretches 1 set all directions, 30 seconds each - followed by Jelqs 3x sets of 100 3 second - finished off with a hard erection hand clamped and kegelled for 5 mins (Friday this is replaced by pumping for 10mins) - Rice sock for 5 mins as a warm down - 50 Kegels held for 5 seconds each.
Sunday complete rest.
