Horsecock's Routine
. I start by manual stretching.. I arouse myself to about half hard..start jelqing for about 10min.slowly..then do some squeezes.on shaft and head..hold for about 20 sec’s each..3 sets of these.then some more jelqing..this works best when I am ‘exhibiting myself..several methods there..Have had slow but steady growth over the last 3 years.
