How am I doing?

How am I doing?

After reading a bunch on here and another site I started an enhancement program about two and a half weeks ago. My program is as follows:

5 minutes of warm up with warm corn bag
5 minutes of stretches (30 seconds down, 30 up, 30 left, 30 right, 30 rotating, repeat)
10-15 minutes of wet helping (increasing time each session)
5 minutes of warm down with warm corn bag
50 kegels (can’t hold them yet)

I have been doing this routine 4 or 5 times a week. So far I haven’t noticed any gains (I know.. It takes time). I am wondering if there is anything I can do to improve my routine? Also, should I consider a pump or hanging (I have a lot of free time alone). Thanks!

Increasing the time each session? You need to slow down, try every week.

I have only increased from 10 minutes to 16 minutes in the course of two and a half weeks (30 second increments). I am experiencing no soreness the next day.

To follow up.it’s been 3 weeks now.

1. Is 4 times a week sufficient to train?

2. Should I add anything to my PE routine (see above)?

3. Would any kind of mild pumping be appropriate?

Stay the course. This takes time. Think of gains coming at a minimum of 4-6 month increments.

I just started (with conviction) so I don’t have any sage advice.
Something anecdotal, the body needs time to change. It’s like building muscle or managing blood content. (Cholesterol for me) it takes longer than you want it to.

Have you experienced any other effects?

I tried a tension device for a while last year. It hurt too much to give it a good go but I noticed some erection quality issues I was intermittently experiencing during sex improved a lot. As it turns out you can build up plaque in your penis and exercise does something to reduce it.

I got a stealth, it won’t male you bigger but it prevents retraction while sitting or working out. I think it’s made a difference to my flaccid state, but I don’t have a thesis to back that..

I like that you keep checking back in though. I’m interested in what feedback you will provide in 3 or 6 months.

When you stretch does your unit get something close to pencil thin? I wasn’t and things weren’t very elastic - I only got elastic and very good stretch (and growth) once I used ultrasound heat following kyrpas guidelines. Also find and read gentle psychopaths thread - the talk of gently pulling and getting easy stretch is important. Hard pulling and toughening of the tunica something you will want to avoid. Take your time, be careful and do your research and all will be well.
