HowMuch?

How much length(min) can I gain with regular PE in 3 mouth ? I m training for 9 days with Newbie Routine. I want to hear any inch from you cause of motivation. Sorry for my bad English

Very dependent on the person. I’ve been told by people that they’ve gained an inch and I’ve also been told by people they’ve gained nothing in that amount of time.

It’s a mixture of genetics, technique, and consistency of routine mixed in with rest that will determine your fate. Very hard to say with all those variables.
