I Sit on Fish's Routine
Just starting out so…
5 minutes - hot washcloth wrap.
1 minute - dry the floor
5-10 minutes - stretching (out then 2 deep breaths, up then 2 deep breaths, down then 2 deep breaths, left…etc)
1 minute - make sure the door’s locked
20-30 minutes - jelq (vaseline)
1 minute - clean up (sometimes)
5 minutes - hot washcloth wrap
1 minute - dry the floor
