IGrow's Routine
5 min hot wrap
10-15 min stretching (up down left right straight out) 3 sets
15 mins of pumping broken down into three 5 minute sets. with 40-50 jelqs after each set
5 min warm down in shower
OR
5 min hot wrap
10-15 min stretching (up down left right straight out) 3 sets
150-200 jelqs
15 mins of clamping, 2 sets of 7-8 mins
5 min warm down in shower
2 days on, 1 day off.
