I have heard of people starting hard, but i think the intent is to start flaccid. It’s not an erection; it’s just expanding the volume.

Hi

I only use the Hidromax7 for three 5-minute sessions starting with semi-hard penis because I do it after jelqin, and if I push it to the maximum it does the donut effect which then lasts me for a couple of hours. I’ve been advised not to go that far because it’s not a good practice in fact I keep myself lower in pressure and avoid the donut effect but at the same time there is a great expansion of the penis both in length and girth. Too bad they are not long-lasting.

I usually jelq afterwards - never beforehand. I might need to give that a try as well.
