So I registered over the summer, but never followed through with consistent PE. I did it a few times, but then stopped until now. I started up with the Newbie routine about 1 week ago. Currently, I’m warming up with a heating pad, stretching for 8-9 minutes, and then jelqing for 7-10 minutes (1 on/1off). I’ve also done some JAI’s throughout the day while in the bathroom. However, I definitely think I’m overdoing it. I’ll probably cut back to 4 minutes of stretching and 5-7 minutes of jelqing for the next 2 weeks and then slowly ramp it up.

Quick Question: My unit doesn’t turtle up after I jelq per se, but it definitely only stays engorged for a few minutes. Does growing happen as a result of the unit staying engorged for hours after? Or does it happen during the actual exercise? Because if it’s the former, I’m probably screwed because my unit returns to normal after about 5-10 minutes.

MSEG: 4.7/4.8

BPEL: 6.5
NBPEL: 6

This is an “on” day for me. So far, I’ve done 2 sets of JAI stretches while in the bathroom, about 10 reps, so 20 overall throughout the day. Now I’m going to warm up, stretch downward to my max flaccid length without any real pressure for 20 seconds, extend with pressure for 45 seconds. Repeat downward to the left and right (3:15 total so far). Then I’m going to stretch to the left and right to my max flaccid without pressure for 10 seconds and extend with pressure for 30 seconds (4:35 seconds total). Jelq 5-7 minutes, 3 seconds per jelq, so about 100-120 wet jelqs. Then warm down.

Looks like a sensible routine to me.

During the actual exercise.

The resulting expansion is most likely to be lesser than the expansion caused while we’re exercising.

I have a question about the ratio of the FSL/NBPEL. My NBPEL is about the size of my FSL, perhaps a bit longer. From the minimal amount of information I’ve gathered, this seems to be a bad indicator for growth potential. Should my routine be different? Does this actually matter?

Haven’t been entirely consistent unfortunately, but I have been going at it. Just did 2 on and I’ll probably also do tomorrow then take a 1 day break. For the next two weeks I hope to be consistent. I will measure sometime soon. Hoping for the best. Length doesn’t seem to have changed. Perhaps I’ve added a bit of girth.

Should I measure after PE routine or on a day off? I was thinking on the day off may as it is probably more accurate.

According to the TGC Theory (Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory)

you would be limited by your tunica so you should be focusing on stretches.

Beginners are however usually advised to start with the newbie routine consisting of stretching and jelqing and many gain well with that.

Also the theory uses BPFSL and BPEL.
