Definitely for girth work. Length routine tend to lower the EQ.

I measured out at 7.50 inches BPEL about 5 days ago but was a bit concerned that during erection the left side of my shaft was very sore. I quit stretching and only jelqed lightly between then and now. The pain is gone and my EQ is a lot better than when I started.

Strangely enough, my wife commented on how much harder I’ve been and last night asked me why I haven’t been PEing as much lately. I told her that I quit because she said I was too big for her. She said I was just right for her but that she didn’t mind if I continued to do PE. Hahaha

How lack congrats on the better EQ , are you changing up hands on the jelqing you mentioned left side was sore? Rest is important also, looks like you gained also .

I gained some but it could be better EQ. I change hands every rep squeezing out to a count of five seconds each. I believe I got my soreness from the stretching.

Wondering how the weight loss and PE have been going since your last update

I’m about your age, a year or 2 behind you and if you read my profile you’ll see i dropped 60 pounds in 3 months a couple years ago (220 down to 160 at 6ft 2in)

So i can definately give you some pointers if you haven’t dropped the weight yet. :)
