5 mins manual stretch
5 min scrotum stretch
Excersize:
450 wet Jelq
10 Uli #3
Erect Bending
10 Horse 440s
Horse bending
Warmdown:
100 wet jelq
10 min hotwrap
Manual Stretching, both penis and scrotum when in shower/ toilet.
This seems insane to some, gives a good workout with fast, constant, gains. Lots of time involved, though.
