Hi everyone,

I just joined the site and am about to start my own journey with PE. I’m 34 years old, healthy, and fit. I’ve always really desired a bigger cock but didn’t believe it was possible, but a few weeks ago I started doing more research and to my surprise and delight discovered that it is very much a possibility. I’m starting off with a pretty average cock, at 6.5” BPEL and 5” EG. I am of course interested to see what kind of gains I can make, but plan to be patient and let things happen as they do. What I find so encouraging about the progress pics I’ve seen on here is that one can gain size without ending up with a strange looking cock or one that no longer gets fully hard. Since my goal is to have a typical looking penis (albeit bigger) and still get a solid erection, I’ll heed the advice I’ve seen given to others and go slow and carefully.

Given that I am new, I am still kinda figuring out the right form, if you will, for jelqing. I did also order a pump; while I’ve seen it suggested to many before me to not use anything other than jelqing at first, I mainly just want to experiment with it with low pressure so that when I am ready to really engage with the pump, I’ll know what I am doing.

I am definitely open to any tips or tricks y’all have learned along the way, especially those that might benefit guys just starting out.

First off welcome to to this extra ordinary club. You will find a wealth of knowledge.

And sorry to burst your bubble, 6.5” x 5 is not average by any means. Thats pretty large when compared to average 5.1”-5.5”.

Create a post documenting your journey and if feel so inclined, post photos of your current size in the members only section. You will wish you had when you look back at your progress. Many of us have already posted photos of our starting size and you will only get support and praise. Good luck with your journey.

Welcome among us and have a good start. You say well you have to be patient and let everything take its course so you won’t co-promise anything for good gains. Of course your initial size is more than good but each of us to our own desire so why not give it a try and importantly it also helps to keep good erections and all the muscles of the genital system trained.
Follow for the first three months the basic beginner’s routines and then according to the signals you will receive if positive or not implement the exercises. Good work and remember to compare yourself with your friends because it is very important, regards.

My recommendation is that you should stick to the newbie routine for at least 3 months and don’t expect to see any gains. Just think of it as conditioning and preparing your dick for PE. You might see results, you might not, but don’t start changing up your routine if you don’t see results in 2-3 weeks.

After the 3 months you can decide to continue with the newbie routine (maybe you will have gains and then you can continue with the newbie until you stop gaining) or add more advanced routines. In this time I suggest you read as much about PE as you can, there is a TON of info and none of it is scientific (even if some posts go into details about what they think is happening), and there are lots of different opinions about what works and whats the best way to use certain exercises and equipment.

Once you start doing more advanced routines (hanging, extending, clamping, pumping etc.) my suggestion is that you shouldn’t combine them as that not only could be dangerous, but it will be impossible for you to tell what actually works for you. If you hang and pump and then after 1 month you measure and see some gains, how will you now what gave you the gains? It might be the combination of both, or maybe just one of them and the other exercises didn’t really do anything.
