Hello, I am Brazilian and I am very new to PE stuff and also to this forum. Some months ago I was very worried about my penis because it has a curvature upward and to the left. Both those curvatures are small, and I would say that the left side of my penis is ” less- endowed than the right size, which expands more”, and to make it a bit worse, my ligaments are too tight ( as I been told my an urologist ), so when I have my erection and its max level, it points upwards kinda like a banana, and very very hard erection, make it impossible to point it vertical position without losing the blood flow. I’m very concerned that this will make my sex life very limited and awful, and for that reason I started to find about curvatures and I found a Brazilian doctor called Paul Egydio which is a PhD and specialist at penile curvature ( technique which lengthens the short side ). I haven’t been to consult with this doctor yet, as it is out of my reach ATM. But despite all those facts I have grown interest in penis enlargement after I heard some reports of guys who had gained 1 or 2 centimeters , or even a couple more after they did routines with jelq and extenders for some months, or years. Also I have watched several videos of dr Paulo Egydio, and in one of these videos he explain about the urology congress in europe which he wons and his surgical technique of tissue expansion was choosen to be the best method to solve the curvature problem. In the same video he proceeds to say that the extenders method was in 2nd or 3rd (don’t remember well ) best type of solution for the curvature problem, then he explains his technique is better because the extender was hard too use, take too much time and had chances to hurt, and that the pump would not work at all, neither for size or curvature. After hearing that from Paulo Egydio, and after finding out that the extender had some scientific evidence of actually giving small results in lenght ( and also after hearing about reports about PE), I myself got some faith that PE could give me some increase in lenght or even girth.

I measure my penis and its like 15 cm length (bone pressed) and 13 cm in girth. To measure my penis at bone pressed, I must pull my balls down and wait the erection to be 80% or so, and tough it still curved at 80% I’m able to put it in a vertical position so I can put the ruler BP and measure it. I believe that I would be very closer to 17cm if I had no curve at all. So, I have started to do jelqs and hand stretches randomly, during 1 hour before sleep in the past 4 days. I noticed my flaccid penis ( 9 cm) looks ticker, a bit longer and heavier after I finish the exercises, and when I wake up in the morning I still got this sensations. Trough it may vanish abit during the day, it stills feels bit heavy. I got some brusing at the hole of my urethra, but they disapear overnight. Today I have stimulated my penis and got the 80% erection ( which is bit thicker than the 100% and can be keep in vertical ) it felt a bit more thicker and the head looked also a bit thicker, maybe its a placebo ( well I been doing it for 4 days only) but I can surely say that some veins are more visible than before.

So.. This was my introduction, my ” penis stats ” and my very short experience with PE until now. And not to forget, I am wondering about buying an extender, in the future, not right at this moment. I have read quite a few about extenders, and I have came to a conclusion that an extender with a ” TLC tucker ” ( a lil piece of rubber that does vacuum) maybe would be the best option for me as I am uncut. I would like to hear from you guys what extender would you recommend, and I would also appreciate to get some more tips too, based on what I have wrote above. Thanks.

Hello. I am using an extender, and have been using one for years. Not a tlc/vaccum type, but a strap- type extender. Scientific evidence of actual small results by using an extender ? I guess a doctor promoting surgery would say that, yes. A lot of guys here on Thunder reports gains of 2 cm or more. Myself have have gained 4 cm so far, and I had a slight downward curve that I feel has gotten straighter. This has taken several years, so be prepared to spend some time and effort. Will an extender help on your curve ? I cannot say « yes», because every guy and his penis is different, and will respond differently to the work. Why don’t you buy an extender and give it a try ? I would say that surgery is more dangerous than extending, hanging, jelqing, and so on. Good luck

Hi, thanks for reply, have you had most of your gains with the extender? Could you be more specific about the amount of hours per day? One more question, do you think that being uncut makes it worse, or takes longer time to get any gains both with manual exercises and extender?

To be cut or uncut, will not make any difference in results. I used my extender for an average of 4 hours per day, sometimes 4x1 hour sessions, or 2x2 or other schedules. Usually 3-4 day on and 1 day off, and sometimes a full week on and 2 days off. I had to extend when I had time from work and everything else. During the small breaks between sessions, I usually jelq some fresh blood into the penis an get a good erection before let the penis go soft and strap into the extender again. To be honest, I haven’t been very good at doing just jelqing sessions - like the neewbie routine - why that is, I really can’t say. I guess I just have found a kind of routine that works for me. Maybe I even good have got a better result if I did something else, I don’t know.

It took me more than two years to get 4 cm length gains, and I used the extender for over 2400 hours during that time. I have since extended more, but I haven’t been writing down all the hours. I have been very careful to «listening» to my penis, being aware of if «he» is cold, tired, sore, bad erections, bad morningwoods and so on. That is very important.

When I am strapping myself into the extender, I like to assemble the extender in a way, that when the extender is compressed, ( pushed all in), the extender is at a length so the head of my stretched flaccid ( with the other hand) are almost in front of the white frontpiece of the extender. When I put it on like that, the strap will - in a way - just secure my penis to the extender, and when I release the extender, the springs will expand and put tension on my penis, without the strap having to pull forward as much - it is the extender that is doing that. Compare the strap and the head of the penis with an old western movie were they hang the bad guy. When the guy is hung and dead, the rope is going up behind his ears and are « pulling upwards»( of course his weight is pulling down) but you get the point. Putting together an extender that is to long, will result in the strap trying to pull forward « through» the head of the penis, and guys get slippage. I know it is fun to put together an extender that is to long and not practical, I know, I’ve been there, but I learned. When having the extender short enough, I do not have to have the strap too tight, and it will allow for some flow of blood, and I jelq some blood forward every 20 minutes, when still strapped in the extender, and can keep longer sessions that way.

Try it out, and ask if there’s anything you are worrying about.

Can’t say much about the curvature but I believe extenders were originally designed to treat peryone’s disease (A type of curvature), and also found to lengthen as well. I have an X4 extender, but they all should work the same, just a matter of using it properly and consistently. A lot of people tend to like the vacuum style attachment, it is supposed to reduce slippage, and circulation problems. I have a velcro noose attachment which took some getting used to at first but isn’t an issue for me anymore as long as I extend in 1-1.5 hour increments.
