If you are hanging with a fulcrum now, is it RSDT or something else? Bib or vacuum?
I don’t know much about your HRT, but possible the Wellbutrin is relieving some anxiety and upping the dose helps relax you enough to get better flaccid?
I really think your BPEL will be there in no time. For those of us with the septum as a limiting factor.when it’s penetrated it usually results in nearly immediate increased in BPEL. I’m really shocked you’ve beaten it down ao quickly.maybe it’s not as bad as you thought. Mine would NEVER give that quickly. Nice work!

1.)I would agree if I did not notice an instant difference after the mud packs. I was specifically told that more blood flow would be going to my penis if I did this, and I half assed the procedure, I need to do it again. These aren’t some BS natural products. They are literally put in special containers and NEVER placed through X rays as that kills a lot of the nutrients.It’s pretty hardcore. They do a whole product line, even their creatine kicked my ass, I would love to try their NO product if they make one.I’ll have to check. I’m skeptical too, but very hopeful.
2.) Yes I am, I use the monte’s weights in the shower, I just sit a lot of the day and do not see a point to wearing them compared to a tension device that will work regardless of my position. However if you are walking or standing, monte’s are the way to go. I pretty much go full tension, the rods stick into my fat pad, and I make sure it pulls me to about a 8” BPFSL, and my max tug is 8.5” I wear it almost all day, as it is so comfortable.
3.) I am using the Bib and the vac. I recently got the red sleeves for the vac and love them, however they are so strong I developed a sore to poorly placed tape.my bad. I am using a RSDT but there is no duct tape yet, just a really packed sock. I like both devices, but it seems like much higher weight needs to be used with the vac for the same effect. However I would take the vac anyday when it comes to straight hanging (SD, SO, or SU) They just produce different fatigues. I am hesitant to use the vac now as I gained in the time that I had no access to my vac and only used my BIB.
4.) Hrt does not help. I can guarantee it makes it harder, plus for some reason I have not been getting erections lately, unless I stimulate myself. Very hard erections are what makes the penis pliable.why? More smooth muscle results, scar tissue builds up without them.so I read anyway. Wellbutrin DOES help your flaccid relax all the way. Without it, even in hot water I am a lot smaller when limp, and erect. My tissues were like tight and contracted, and that does not permit a stretch. Fatigue was impossible, now it is just hard. My girth makes matters worse.
5.) I couldn’t be more shocked. Trust me when I say I probably put in months of hang time with little to no results. I think the mud pack is helping a lot, and so is the bib and the fulcrum hanging. I am doing it now with 15.5 lbs (Yes I am serious, no it does not hurt, yes it is necessary for my penis to use that much!) Haha and I can feel the fatigue well and I am only about 7 minutes in.
