Very slowly but I keep chugging along. Over the years I gain a inch and 1/4. There was many stretches where I didn’t do any PE at all. I hit a low spot last year where I actually lost size and girth. Now I’m all in and chasing another 1/4 inch that I’m hoping my current routine will solidify.

For me it typically starts out super comfortable, and then by the end of my set (1hr30mins) it becomes pretty unbearable. Especially if I’m standing. I can’t really say the intensity is in the pull for me, I usually experience most of my discomfort from the device digging into my sac or from the strap pressing down on the nerves for such a long time.

If you are using a strap style extender I would say pushing beyond an hour is too much. I stay ahead of the discomfort due to strap compression by typically only wearing for 45 minutes at most before taking a 10 minute break.

Tension can be gauged by utilizing the index lines on the rods as a reference. I typically maintain between 66% to 100% tension. On the x4 this is somewhere around 1200 to 1800 grams of tension.

I swear it was more before. If I don’t see any gains I’ll just add a bit more traction and then measure in another 4-8 weeks. I feel like I haven’t been stretching far enough anyway. We’ll know soon tho.
