It Must Be Done
Hello guys this is a little bit log and a little bit questioning to continue.
First of all I want to say you that I sporadically doing p.e alot of years . Started with jelging did manual stretches and used extender. I definitely had grown but never measured properly at the beginning so I don’t know exactly how much I earned.
The last six weeks I started manual exercises again. Suddenly I don’t remember how much I measured at the beggining. The 5 week I measured 17.8-18 cm maybe 18.3cm once but this for a few seconds otherwise 17-17.5 I can’t explain it . I decided to measure after 1 week (6th yesterday) and the result was again 17.8 -18.2 cm .. The above is BPEL with fat pad over 1 inch .(I am not fat though)
My routine is 7 minutes stretching in the morning and 7 before sleeping. I started with 2.5minutes x2 and every week added some time. Sometimes I do bends
My goal is length .
Problems a little bit upward and left curve so I don’t do v stretches only inverted
I am not circumsized and my skin is attached to head of pennis so when I stretch I pull the skin also and I think skin has grown to :/
I haven’t cum ejaculated since I started at least with my effort only in sleep and because of that I feel very horny sometimes and have erections
Please suggestions on how to continue. Ideas for manual stretches and new routine. I don’t have privacy so I can’t use extender or anything else.
