Iwant8's Routine
I have used a few different routines but this is my latest. Started 18/Sep/2002.
10 min warn wrap
30 min manual stretch 3 x(2 min each: out, left, right, up, down)
10 min hand jelq
10 min pump
10 min hand jelq
10 min pump
10 min hand jelq
10 min pump
10 min hand jelq
Then straight into a hot shower continuing with light stretching and slapping against thigh.
In addition to above, and including days off, I do as many kegels as possible including one that lasts for 10 minutes.
