5 Total Sets JAI Stretches (1 set each direction)
15 reps with 2 second very firm holds in each direction (Straight, Left, Right, Down, Up) with a kegel at the peak of each stretch
Use baby powder for grip
Slap penis against leg, perform a few kegels
2 total Sets of V Stretches
1 rep straight out (thumb on lig) for 30 seconds
1 rep straight up, inverse (thumb on tunica) for 30 seconds
Slap penis against leg, perform a kegels
2 total Sets of circle stretches
Rotate clockwise, each rotation 5 seconds, 15 rotations
Rotate counter-clockwise, each rotation 5 seconds, 15 rotations
Slap penis against leg, perform a few kegels
5 minutes hot wrap w/ massage
10 Minutes Wet Jelq
Two Hundred 3-second strokes
Try to keep around 50% erection
75 in the down position, 75 in the up position, and 50 in an alternating left/right stroke
Extra Virgin Olive Oil for lube
5 minutes hot wrap w/ massage
