Hello thunder brothers! I started this PE adventure around three months ago. I saw gains in the first three weeks (EL .2 of an inch EG .2-.3) I was stoked but I have seen no gains since. I guess I have reached my first plateau!

My routine: in the morning, rice sock warming five mins then jump in the shower and dry jelq for 15 mins

After work I would do the same but after a while my shaft started getting numb (posted before) so I stopped the 2nd work out. After resting it off for two days the numbness went away. A week later I resumed two sessions a day but I dry jelq with much less force at night. I go five days on , one day off…. During the three months I did take a week off PE due to work stuff.

No gains no gains….should I just continue ? When should I consider trying other stuff ? Hanging ? Ads? Pumping ? I am very consistent, should I mix stretches ?

Stop for a week. Completley. You won’t lose any gains.

After that try incorporating some stretches while continuing dry jelqing. Otherwise, fuck stretches. Get a 20-30% max erection. Closed ok sign grip in the base of the penis. Kegel once and when the blood reaches the glans squeeze the grip, trapping the blood. Start bending the penis slowly and hold for 10 secs. Release and repeat. Bend at least once down, right and left. These are called orange bends. After that dry jelq as you are used to.

Do not do orange bends and stretches together. You will fuck up EQ and it is too much. Choose one of them.

Do one session a day.

I agree with that line of thinking, 6 months more, time to prepare my boy for possible more hardcore forms of P.E, while earning the most I can from less strenuous P.E methods. But I might get the cock coil just to add some ads action in a month or two.

Honestly stretching, and base stretching with LOTS OF HEAT will get you length gains faster than you can say morning woody.

I incorporated heat into my routine and things have been amazing. Gains within two weeks after 3 months of no gains. The heat makes my unit nice and pliable and stretchy….after words wrap it up with ace bandage, vet wrap, sports wrap, scunci’s…. anything that keeps you at that stretched out state. ELIMINATE TURTLING. The idea behind the wrap is to keep your unit stretched after the workout so then when your tissues heal, they will do so in the stretched out manner your dick is stretched in. After a workout your dick should be heavy, red, and stretched. And it is in your best interest to keep it like that as long after your workout as possible.

Hello huskie, when I first starting using the rice sock for heat I got the same effect you described but I only heat my boy for five mins and start my PE. I haven’t really got into the groove of stretching so much. Maybe cause the first few times I did it I lost EQ big time. But I do feel dry jelq only will not get me where I want to be so planning to start soon. Base stretching? You mean grabbing at the base of the shaft and pulling for a stretch as opposed to right behind the glans? Seems like a sound idea! Anymore stretching tips you can give me? Thanks for taking the time to respond! One day I will hang low! It is written!

You also talk about anti turtling! I also believe this, after a work out I wrap my boy with a Velcro strap with an elastic band strapped on top, not too tight (can pee freely) but the Velcro chafed my skin sore….so now I use my girlfriends pad wrapped around my boy with an elastic band on top, much better now. Was thinking to get that stealth for men sheath but for now the pad seems to keep my boy plump!

On decondtioning break….but can’t help but do a few jelqs and then wrap.

No PE when in decon please.
