jaybomb's girth quest
Hello thunder brothers! I started this PE adventure around three months ago. I saw gains in the first three weeks (EL .2 of an inch EG .2-.3) I was stoked but I have seen no gains since. I guess I have reached my first plateau!
My routine: in the morning, rice sock warming five mins then jump in the shower and dry jelq for 15 mins
After work I would do the same but after a while my shaft started getting numb (posted before) so I stopped the 2nd work out. After resting it off for two days the numbness went away. A week later I resumed two sessions a day but I dry jelq with much less force at night. I go five days on , one day off…. During the three months I did take a week off PE due to work stuff.
No gains no gains….should I just continue ? When should I consider trying other stuff ? Hanging ? Ads? Pumping ? I am very consistent, should I mix stretches ?
