Hi! I’m Jeremiah, a 19 year old Mexican guy and I’m new to this place. I have done some basic stretches before and a bit of jelqing too, but now I guess I’ll go for a regular routine. I feel my penis is not big enough, that’s why I’m willing to start PE, specially because of girth. By the way, I’m gay. I’ll be posting my progress whenever I can and even some pictures every now and then.

Starting with Newbie Routine today.

Any recommendations on how to improve girth? I would like to focus more on girth cause I’m only about 12cm / 5” thick.

First of all, what are your stats?

Is your girth 12 cm or 5”? These are different measures.

12 cm = 4.7”

12.7 cm = 5”

Continue the newbie routine, that’s all you have to do for the next 3 months, at least.

Be sure to start slow and build up the intensity over the weeks.

Ok, it was a bit difficult due to privacy available, but I finally took some measurements:
BPEL: 15.8cm
NBPEL: 15.4cm

BEG: 12.3cm
MSEG: 11.5cm
BGEG: 10.7cm
GEG: 11.8

I wasn’t able to record flaccid measurements cause I have not ejaculated in several days and my penis is a bit sensitive to manipulation. I got a full hard on whenever I touched it.

Good starting point.
The newbie routine is all you need for at least 3 months.
Start slow, build up intensity over the weeks.
Be sure not to jelq fully erect and never skip warm-up.
