This is my first post on the forum. I’ve been an on-and-off observer for a year. So first, thank you so much to everyone for their invaluable insights.

I messed around with PE some in my post-college years, say 15 years ago. Bought a $300 extender, jelqed in the shower, etc. I wasn’t consistent or patient, so of course I gained nothing. Last year I decided to try again using the newbie routine. I used it for a month and gained 1/4-1/2”. I stopped again because of ___________. When I quit, my best measurement was 6.25” BPEL, but I lost at least a portion of those gains.

Now I’m back at it, and have been consistent for over a month. I own my own business, and things have been very slow due to covid-19, so I’ve been able to prioritize PE. I bought a $30 LeLuv extender from eBay. It’s better than the $300 one I wasted. On April 1, I was right at 6” BPEL, 5” BEG. I know I’m bigger now, but I’m going to wait another couple of weeks to measure. My extender is 7” long as currently set up, and I’m stretched to the end of the rods, so hopefully I’m close to 6.5” now. We’ll see!

I am doing the following routine 5 or 6 days a week:

Warm up with rice sock 3-5 min
Roughly 20 minutes of stretching
- A and V stretches using the heated sock and/or opposite hand as a fulcrum
- Mandingo stretch alternating hands
- Occasionally mix in straight pulls and/or BTC
Wear extender for 3-6 hours (1 to 3 hour increments, heated sock during rest)

Occasionally, maybe once a week, I’ll jelq for 15-20 minutes, using classic grip and v-grip, and I’ll mix in some 30 second squeezes (I forget the name, horse something or other)

Anyway, I’m now officially a contributor! Looking forward to achieving a bigger unit and universal enlightenment!

Took four days off due to work. I’m in stealth mode, so doing PE in the mornings or evenings at home is tricky. Anyway, I didn’t seem to lose any elasticity when in the extender. So that’s good. My flaccid seems to be consistently bigger. Could be the warmer weather, but it’s nice either way. Sex with my wife has improved since I’ve been on my current routine. This has just been an overwhelmingly positive experience thus far. I’m going to be traveling with family for the next week, so hopefully I can find a way to get some work in. I don’t want to take a full week off after just taking a four day break. I remember from my limited history in the gym just how quickly progress can halt when there is a break in the routine.

Also, I’ve decided I will measure again on July 1st. Looking forward to seeing where I stand. Hope y’all have a great weekend!

Well, last week I barely got in any PE while on family vacation. Upon returning, I noticed a significant decrease in elasticity when using the extender. Also, my glans was smaller when flaccid, which was weird to me. This made it tougher to get a good stretch without the glans sliding back under the extender strap and silicone sleeve. So this is a potential step backwards. I have been consistently getting in 4-6 hours a day in the extender this week, and have been doing some heated stretching and jelqing. Today I feel like I am back where I was before the week off.

Any tips on where to learn good methods for increasing glans girth would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome, Jimmychanga - Looks like you’re off to a great start. Yes, flaccid increase is one of the most bedeviling things I’ve encountered with PE. Just when you think you’ve got a boa slapping against your leg, next day it’s an embarrassing little acorn. And yes, warm weather does help.

Thank you Don. Your metaphors are spot on. I think I’ve found a solution to the glans issue. I put the extender strap on, then work up to a 50-75% semi, and tighten the strap so that the glans is bigger and secured.. So kind of a glans clamp I guess? Worked great the last two days of experimentation. Coming off a good rest day and looking forward to a great week. My goal this week is to get in 20 minutes of heated stretching and 6 hours of extender time each day for at least five days. Hope y’all have a solid week too!

Exceeded weekly goals.. Got in 6 days of 6 hours on extender, and good amounts of stretching in between. Added a couple of edging sessions as well. Might jelq tonight. I’m going to keep my goals the same for next week. Overall I hope that 5 days of 6 hours extending, combined with various stretching will get me some good extra length. Then I’ll explore clamping and other girth work.

Thanks LittleEngine. I also tried putting the comfort strip and tightening strap from the extender at my base to see if this would be an effective clamp. It worked, but I’m reluctant to begin clamping out of concern for limiting length gains. I want everything at once, but trying to stay patient!

Just measured and I am so happy with the progress. 7 inches BPEL. I really did not expect an inch of growth since April, but it feels great. I’m enjoying the process, something I’ve always tried to do with any endeavor- sports, business, and now PE. Success is just the window dressing.

I look forward to seeing where this goes from here. I’d love to get to 8”. I never would’ve stated that as a goal in the beginning, but who knows? It’s starting to seem attainable now. My MSEG is still 4.75, BEG is 5.25. I’m still holding off on doing much girth work, so as not to limit length gains. But I am incorporating small amounts of edging, and clamping with my extender strap (so a pretty soft clamp).

Another good week. Got my 5 days of extending and stretching in, plus some bonus work this morning. Seeing a one inch gain on the ruler really made my week though! I’ll measure again on September 1. I want to keep the measurements spread out so I don’t get too hung up on results. I want to continue to rely on my BI to tell me what I should be doing, not a ruler or piece of string. Like Joel always say, trust the process. Happy Fourth Everyone.

Week of July 6th-12th
I got in roughly 25 hours on the extender, so a bit under my goal time, and did around 15 minutes a day of heated stretching, some edging and light clamping as well

July 13-19
I took the week off from PE as I was travelling

July 20-26
No signs of setbacks after the week off. I got 5 days of 5-6 hours in the extender, plus 3 hours on Saturday. I ordered new bars last week. It was nice being able to add those. I am still doing some clamping by using the extender’s comfort sleeve/strap at my base. I’m not sure how effective this is compared to using a cable clamp. My shaft and glans turn purple, and I measure a 0.2” increase in MSEG while clamped. Seems like a lot of people see more increase while clamping/pumping.

I still consider my clamping as a side project. I’m reluctant to go further with clamping because of what I’ve read about it limiting length gains. I’m at 7” BPEL and I’d like to get to 7.75 or even 8. I would love to increase my current 5 BEG / 4.75 MSEG to at least 5.5 all the way through, but it seems I should wait to focus on that. If anyone has input regarding clamping and extending together, or simultaneous girth/length work, please let me know.

Good week.. I got in roughly 30 hours of extending. Two of my manual stretching sessions with the heated sock went beyond 30 minutes, which was nice. Last night I did a 45 minute clamping session (3X10 clamped edging with 5 minute breaks). This was the first structured clamping I had done that followed the popular guidance I see on the forums here. Again, I am using the silicone sleeve and comfort strap from my extender, and I do not know how this compares to cable clamping, but I felt like it was working. My erection was thicker, purple, and there was a bit of a leather-like texture to the skin. Overall PE continues to be an enjoyable process and I feel great about the results.

Right now I am steadily progressing on the extender. I’m stretching to around 7.5” based on the length of the bars I’m currently using. I think I am going to incorporate at least one or two of the clamping sessions per week like I did last night. Does anyone here have experience with a routine that includes both clamping and extending? Or any routine that gives focus to length and girth specific exercises simultaneously? Do you feel like the girth work limited your length gains or vice versa, or have you seen simultaneous girth and length gains?

August was fairly inconsistent as far as the routine goes. I took one week off entirely, and the bookend weeks were about half the effort. Not counting the week off, I averaged 20+- hours of extending per week, and my heated stretching routines were 5-10 minutes, 4x per week. I also did a handful of clamping sessions this month, 3 sets of 5-10 minutes each session, still using the extender strap and silicone sleeve in lieu of cable clamps.

I am not seeing any decrease in pliability or length while in the extender, which is good. My PIs are great. My erection size, quality, and stamina have improved. My wife has not said anything but she seems to be enjoying it more. I said that I would measure on September 1st, not realizing that was only two months between measurements. I want to stick with 3 months as my intervals, so I will measure on October 1.
