In the morning:
Warmup
15 min jelq: 10 minutes with foreskin, 5 minutes with the foreskin pulled back.
Shower down / warm down
I do this 5 days a week.
Evening
I try to stretch 20 minutes a day. But I often only have to for stretching 2-3 times a week.
