Jman's Routine
I started back in 1999 at six inches length and 4.75 girth, I got a gain of 3/4 to put me at 6.75 in lenght and an additonal 1/4 in girth to put me at 5. Most of it was from hanging. I quit due to an injury and resumed again 3 months ago. I have been jelqing and stetching by hand. No gains for my efforts,hit a wall big time. Now I am doing Horse 440s and erect bends in hope of getting over the platue. I wish I could hang because it worked for me prior but I can not as I am living with my fiancee. I may try to sneak some hang time in however if I go another month or so without gaining
