i’m vegetarian, and my only form of transportation is my bicycle, which i try to ride at least 10 miles a day for exercise and travel.

i start out warming up for about 5 minutes, sometimes with a rice sock. i massage and stroke just a little to start the blood flowing. then i stretch it several different ways, for about 10 minutes. then i slowly easy into the exercises by jelqing, doing about 50 reps at about 20%, 35%, 50%, 65%, 80% (with 0% being as small as my penis gets gets and 100% as large). sometime around the 50% area i stop and do some stretching. one stretch i do involves twisting the penis all the way around and pulling slightly. i then twist the other way and do it again. i also do some tunica stretches, but i’m not sure what they’re called. then i continue building up the jelqing. when i get to around 75% i stop and do some more stretching. the main strech here is where i use a overhand grip just under the head, and use the other hand with a regular grip at the base and push the two together. there’s a lot of pressure build up which feels nice. i hold these for around 20 seconds. i do this about 4 times. then back to jelquing. when around 90% i squeeze the base with one hand and jelq about 20 reps with the other. then regular jelq again and build up to 90% and do the squeeze again. i’ll usually try to stretch a little around this time while i’m still partially erect. then jelq a few more times. now, i’ll build up my erection as far as it will go and spend about 3 minutes keeping it at full capacity, in order to keep good blood flow. i try not to cum at all during these exercises. i usually end up cuming about once a week either from exercising or from masturbation. i’m currently not having sex with anybody.

another thing i do is stretch everytime i go to the bathrooom. i do 2 sets of 15 helicopters, one going clockwise the other the opposite…and i switch hands. i usually stretch while in the shower too…just some tugging in different directions. i’m hoping all this stretching doesn’t toughen my ligaments and make them less resilient to length gains.

on my days off from exercising i usually try to form an erection and keep it somewhat engorged whenever i can…like in the shower, in the morning if i have time, when i’m in bed ready to go to sleep. the purpose of it is not to feel pleasure or masturbate, but it’s kind of a practice to relax the bc muscle and concentrate on blood flow to the penis. i feel like this is doing good things for my work out. i guess this is similar to edging or ballooning or one of those.

i started this routine the 24th of april, 2006.

30/04/06 - my first week is over, and i’ve noticed gains in my flaccid size…mostly girth. my erection also feels firmer. i plan to continue my schedule.

03/06/06 - well, it’s been a little over a month now, and i haven’t seen much gains as far as the ruler go. i do feel better about my size, i seem to get firmer erections. it’s hard to tell with the ruler because if i measure while sitting, with my penis straight out i can almost get another 1/2” in all my length measurements. i recently started taking l-arginine and i feel like it’s helping with blood flow and i walk around with a bigger flacid size most of the time…but it’s only been 3 days so i can’t tell too much yet. my routine has changed a little too. now every 5 minutes i do a horse squeeze, and there are three parts to my jelquing. at the end of the first on i do twist pulls, at the end of the second i squeeze near my head and near the base with the other hand and push them together to try to engorge as much of the middle as possible. then at the end of the third session, if i still feel like working out, i do more horses and a hand clamp/jelq thing.
