Johnnyjja's Routine
I usually start of with a 5 min wrap in the shower along with some stretches for about 5 minutes. Then normally I do jelgs for 15 minutes than clamp for 10 minutes rest maybe five minutes than repeat 3 times. I also include masturbation to help keep a healthy blood flow during exercises
