Logging my journey to 8” BPEL and 5.6” MSEG.

I’ve done PE in the past but I procrastinated a lot and didn’t put as much time in as I should’ve. I decided to get my stuff in order and make it happen one way or another. Restarted my journey on December 13th, 2015, starting stats were
6.5” BPEL
6.75” BPFSL
4.8” MSEG
3.5” FL
4.05 FG

My routine is a variation of the newbie routine.
Warm up via a hot shower
5min of Manual Stretches and Bundled Stretches
33 Wet Jelqs @ 60-70% erection
5min Bathmate medium pressure around 160mm on the pump
33 Wet Jelqs
5min Bathmate
34 Wet Jelqs
5min Bathmate this is also my warm down.
I then spend 30min to an hour in an Extender
I finish it all off with an hour to an hour and a half edging session.
50 kegels at 5 second holds are done throughout the day, I also started taking 1000mg of L-Arginine on December 16th daily.

By December 18th I started to see the temporary gains that come from improved EQ. My BPEL was now 6.625” and MSEG at 4.9”. I took a rest day December 19th really noticing how big my flaccid dick is looking, most of the time lasting throughout the entire day.

Yesterday December 23rd I noticed my BPFSL was measuring in at 7.25”! I hope that soon translates into BPEL gains. Girth seems to be at 4.9-5.0” depending on my EQ. Looking forward to making some gains in that area over the next two months. So far I’m doing a 6 days on 1 day off, going to see where this takes.me.

Any input, advice, or tips are welcomed.

I think that your routine is not a newbie routine anymore! It seems an advanced routine and personally, I think that warming down with Bathmate, it is not a warm down because of the Bathmate’s pump. You should use an electric heat pad/ hot rice socket /warm water. I think the routine is well structured, the exception is the warm down with the Bathmate. Anyway man, I salute you with my best wishes for your tunica! I hope you’ll achieve your desire size and you will maintain your obtained results!

Cycle the l arginine. One month on and one off. You may want to increase it up to 3000 mg a day. Take it on an empty stomach. Increase gradually noticing what dosage gives you stomach issues cause you are going to have that if you overdose. No other danger though unless you ever had herpes. Vitamin c will also help. Cycle that too.

Routine seems a little heavy for starters but I don’t know what experience from PE you had in the past so I will say it’s ok if you say it’s ok.

Try heating constantly through the whole routine.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
