Ok so I thought I would post my routine so I can have a good track of it in the next few months and you guys can eventually comment and suggest if it goes along with my goals (gaining girth mainly, length as second priority).
I do my sessions during the shower, usually I stretch for about 3 minutes, helicopter, down, up etc, holding from 30sec to 1min with hot water.
I see it more as a warmup than a real length exercise (but wouldn’t mind if it could give me some gains).
Then, I start with:
~80 slow jelqs (3-5sec per jelq)
3 horse 440 (hold for about 45sec to 1min)
1 Uli (hold about 1min)
3 horse 440 (hold for about 45sec to 1min)
1 Uli (hold about 1min)
And that’s about it, it takes me ~15 to 20min max per session and I have up to 4/5 sessions a week
What do you guys think? And how long would you recommend me to keep this routine?
Extra question:
I notice red/purple dots on my shaft/skin after a session and it lasts for a day until it disappear. Am I applying too much pressure? I want to be extra careful, but I also want to stress my tissues so they grow.
