That might be a good idea to reduce the stretches, indeed. They say stretching is bad for EQ. I think I saw Thoughtfulgold recently saying that 5 mins stretching was already too much for a start. So the vast majority of newbies (myself included) start overdoing it.

Thanks! I rested for a few weeks, and I’ve dealt with the stress already, but the EQ is pretty much the same. Actually, it is something very complicated and it is caused by a lot of factors in my life, including relationship conflicts, I believe that is something related to libido since I’m hardly thinking on the possibility of me having sex, principally with my girlfriend, as I said, “relationship conflicts”, it’s a very, very fucked up situation.

And about the stretching, I just only use it in my routine to estimulate the ligs, to me also feel it when I’m jelqing, I’ve read that is what makes length growth happen.

Today I woke up with itchiness in my unit, the skin feels a little weird. This often happened when I used to masturbate a lot, I believe that is something related to the
hydration of the skin, I’m using Olive Oil as a lube to Jelq, If this keep happening I’ll probably going to try something different. And also I’ll start using some
moisturizing cream to keep it hydrated.

But, good news:
I’m in the middle of the second week doing my routine, and I noticed a lot of veins appearing in my dick, like, really a lot. Erections aren’t getting easier to get but when I get a boner, I reach 100%, hard as rock.

Also today I took advantage of this boner and did some Edging, for about 5 minutes.
Looking forward to finish this second week.

So I finished the 3rd day and I kinda of freaked out a little bit because it was so hard to get to at least 70% erection with my hands.
Resuming:

1st day:
- Warm Up
- 1 min Stretching
- 100 Jelqs
- Warm Down

2nd day:
- Warm Up
- 2 min Stretching
- 100 Jelqs
- Warm Down

3rd day:
- Warm up
- 2 min Stretching
- 100 Jelqs
- Warm Down

I’ll have to probably give up on this 2 min stretching, because I was doing just fine with 1 min, or maybe just do 2on/2off, I got too greedy by doing 3 days on.
Going to take a safe 3 day rest to start over.

Hi Ninj4, maybe you should stop your routine altogether as long as your EQ doesn’t get back to normal, even if it takes 1 or 2 months. PE involves a lot of pressure, not only physically, but mentally. The fact that you’re really worried about your EQ doesn’t help. The more you worry, the worst your EQ gets. As I said, it’s a vicious cycle, and PE emphasizes it. I think that’s what I’d do.

Hey Ekil, thanks for being so active at my report, it really encourages me keeping reporting here about my PE experience, I’ve read your report and it is cool to have someone as a reference in routines, we both started with manual exercises, and I’m also willing to do some clamping with cock ring. Wishing to get some real good gains like you got :D

My EQ is fine, for the first time I’m getting good PIs from PE, I think that maybe what caused that weak erection at the 3rd day was the fact that I was overtraining a little bit, maybe I could finish all three days by doing just jelq, but I read some threads and now I believe that including at least 1 min of stretching is good for lenght gains.

I avoid thinking too much about my EQ, this causes anxiety and it is really indeed a block that keeps you away from getting a good boner, I just do a few kegels along the day and relax because I know that sometime it will get better.
