Kazooplayer's Routine

Start with strectches, then maybe break for a while before jelqs, or follow right away with them. Stretch throughout the day, if I can, tugging when possible.

Clamping every other day, jelquing and stretching on days off from clamping. Use a warm pad as I clamp.
