Kensho's 2016 reboot
After a two year on and off streak I am back. I am going to start my new log. My goal is 7.25 and 5.5. cemented. currently @ 6.75 x 5.25
To get to this goal I’ll need a 4-6 day a week work out. However I only do PE after I get in my regular workouts, and meditate @ least 10 minutes. It’s my reward for doing the things that ultimately are more important.
