20 min dry jelq
20 min horse squeezes
For Dry Jelq/Uli, I use an original technique developed by myself as follows: grip 80% errect penis inbetween 1st and 2nd fingers as close to the hand as possible, then make fist to secure 360 degree grip around the penis. Make tighter fist to tighten grip. Now dry jelq slowly. Vary strokes by tipping fist forward, backward, left and right to bend the penis during the dry jelq (uli style). This is an intense girth jelq.
