400 manual wet jelqs<br>

day one
3x10min @ 4-5hg pumping with 60 manual jelqs before each set. (I clamp the bottom of the shaft with one hand and Keigle to maintain about 80-90% erection.

day two<br>
hanging about 5lbs<br>
2x10min sets - straight down, over left leg, over right leg.<br>
