Latin12's Routine
5-10 min warm-ups (using hot water in bath tub);
5 min manual flaccid stretches (mostly for right and up trying to correct my downwards curvature);
20-30 min (300 reps) wet jelq (using baby oil as lube, have to stop for some time between jelqs because I get erect easy);
5-10 min warm-down (hot water);
5 min manual flaccid stretches (same as before).
