Lawdawg's Routine
2010 is best summed up as inconsistant, in tems of PE. I utilized the newbie routine with 10-15 min of warmup, 20-35 min of stretching, jelqs, and some light bends. I have added an ADS some days for 4 hrs/day.
2011 will be more dedicated to consistancy, continuing the routine liste above until gains stop, then i’ll adjust.
