Hello ,
My name is Leo , I am 28 years old and from Germany.
I’m completely new to PE and will start off with a linear version of the newbie Routine.
I got 3 workouts in as of today , which consisted of :

10 min heat
20 jelqs (both hands equal 1 rep , so 40 Stroke’s)
7 erect kegels
10 min cool down

2:1 on/off schedule.

I plan on adding 10 jelqs and 3 kegels each 3 workouts and will incorporate stretching at the end of the week .
Also I am going to edge after every other session and reduce my ejaculations to 2-3 per week.
I will quit porn from today on .

My starting measurements :
BPEL : 16,5 cm
EL : 14,75 cm
MSEG : 12 cm

My penis bends upwards , I got like 1,5 cm more If I straighten it out , but I will measure without taking the curvature Info account.

My goal is mostly improved EQ , I am at 7/10 if I Had to guess.
Also I want to condition my penis for some girth exercises in the future .
I will log every workout , but at least 1 x each week (Mondays) .

Did PE first thing in the morning , session felt really good , I like to jelq .
Still looking for a convenient way to handle my foreskin .

10 min heat via shower and hot washcloth
2 x 25 jelqs
30 sec stretches (left , right , up , down , out)
8 x 5 sec erect kegels + 8 x 5 sec RK

It is hard for me to keep my erection while I do the kegels .
I hope my EQ will improve to sort this problem out.
My pelvis feels sore after the last 2 sessions .

No porn since 24 hours :)

Another day free of porn .

5 AM :

10 min heat in the shower
2 x 25 jelqs
9 x erect kegels / RK

Well , kind of .
I guess its the number one reason for my low EQ .
I masturbate way too often as well , I would say I’m addicted .
The last days were good , my flaccid feels bigger as usual and my erection gains strength back .
I feel the need to stay away from masturbation/porn , but I have to admit it is pretty hard for me .

Having better EQ is a good motivator.

Yesterday I did :
10 min heat via ricesock
2 x 25 jelqs
10 x erect kegels + RK (5sec)

Today is rest day .
Next time I will introduce some basic stretches.

Last 2 workouts consisted of :
10 min heat
30 sec stretches (l,r,you,d,o)
2 x 30 jelqs

Still free of porn , but not of masturbation.
I broke up 2 weeks ago , maybe its some sort of compensation.
