Leo's Progress Log
Hello ,
My name is Leo , I am 28 years old and from Germany.
I’m completely new to PE and will start off with a linear version of the newbie Routine.
I got 3 workouts in as of today , which consisted of :
10 min heat
20 jelqs (both hands equal 1 rep , so 40 Stroke’s)
7 erect kegels
10 min cool down
2:1 on/off schedule.
I plan on adding 10 jelqs and 3 kegels each 3 workouts and will incorporate stretching at the end of the week .
Also I am going to edge after every other session and reduce my ejaculations to 2-3 per week.
I will quit porn from today on .
My starting measurements :
BPEL : 16,5 cm
EL : 14,75 cm
MSEG : 12 cm
My penis bends upwards , I got like 1,5 cm more If I straighten it out , but I will measure without taking the curvature Info account.
My goal is mostly improved EQ , I am at 7/10 if I Had to guess.
Also I want to condition my penis for some girth exercises in the future .
I will log every workout , but at least 1 x each week (Mondays) .
