After a bajillion years lurking and a hundred false starts, doubts, distractions and the rest, I’m finally ready to give this a solid go. For the first time in seven years I have my own place (and privacy), extra money to spend, and time to commit to penis enlargement, and I want it more than ever.

I plan to attempt the following program for a duration of three months. At that time I will assess the progress, continue if it is satisfactory, and adjust if it is not.

I will be using the following tools: air vacuum pump, Bathmate, Jes-Extender, and Phallosan. (I had the air pump way before the Bathmate, and the Jes-Extender way before the Phallosan, although I used neither one very frequently prior to this last month.)

I’ve found it impossible to wear the Jes-Extender under my clothes during the regular course of the day, nor could I sleep wearing the device. Factoring in commute times and other times I am not in private, I could get in four hours a day at most in the device over the last several weeks. I really like the device; in a month or so of use I’ve come to be stretching at a half an inch beyond my erect length, and my Bathmate sessions following the four hours in the device are benefiting from this new, uh, elasticity. But this limit on the time I can wear the Jes is a drawback, as growth is correlated with time in the device—at least up to the 10 to 12 hours a day mark. That’s wear the Phallosan comes in. I will wear the Jes-Extender during the day as time permits, and then bring the total number of hours under tension up to approximately 11 by wearing the Phallosan. For example, suppose I wore the Jes-Extender from 6pm to 10pm, leaving seven hours remaining to my goal of 11 daily. In that case I would wear the Phallosan from 1am until 8am, that is, overnight.

I will supplement these length efforts with some girth worth. Every other day I will use the Bathmate for three sets of eight to ten minutes each, each followed by girth blasters. One day a week I will use the air pump for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, according to comfort, just because I really like extreme pumping and am familiar through experience with my limits on that front.

Now, if I meet my goal of eleven hours per day, at the end of three months I’ll have logged 990 hours. A professor/statistician over at PEGym analyzed some Phallosan results data and concluded that “if your goal is simply to gain as fast as possible and you face no constraints on your Phallosan usage, you should wear the Phallosan for 11.25 hours per day. Then you will gain on average .003812 inches in erect length per day.” In addition he found that “adding a pump to your routine increases your daily length gain by a whopping .005447 inches! Thus, if you use the Phallosan for 11.25 hours per day plus a pump (assume for the recommended time), you will gain .009259 inches per day.” That is, a gain of one inch in 108 days.

So, if I gain an inch I will obviously consider this a phenomenal success. More modestly, if I gain between a half an inch and an inch, I will stay the course with this program. If not, I will get creative and make some adjustments. (Has anyone experimented with 24 hours under tension, followed by 24 hours recovery?)
If I have success with length gains but not girth gains, I will add clamping to the mix.

Starting stats on August 19th, 2017:
Bone Pressed Erect Length: 6”
Erect Girth: 4.5”

(I’ve taken starting photos to make a comparison. I don’t really want to post pictures of my dick online, so I’ll wait until the three months are complete. If I succeed I will post the before and afters for proof at that time.)

Sometimes I think that aren’t us that “control” our penis but the other way around, at least PE wise. If our penis say jump, we have to answer “how high”.

Even following the most sensible and logic routine you could end up without gains (know by experience).

I wound’t plan and hope for constant gains in short period of time, easy to become frustated and rage quit the whole process.

I would recommend that you start with manuals only exercises, like jelqing and stretching.

I mean, yeah, I’m ready for that. I know that even if this routine doesn’t work, that doesn’t mean others won’t.

I did read all the great results people have had with beginner manual routines. I chose the device route because manual exercises are difficult for me at the moment due to a pain issue with my right wrist/hand. Those programs involve stretching that, from my understanding, hits the ligaments and tunica, and jelqing to expand the chambers in the penis and increase their capacity to hold blood. I’m hoping this program I’ve decided on approximates these elements/benefits: the extender device for the stretching aspect, and the Bathmate and “girth blasters” for the expansion aspect. What do you think?

Also, what’s an appropriate amount of time to stick with a routine? My thing is that I always change course, drop one idea, jump to another, and never stick with a plan. I kind of thought that three months is a fair period to stick to a plan, long enough to determine if it’s working. Then I’d keep it up until gains stop, although I’m really hoping I achieve my goal of a one inch increase with this routine, even if it takes 2000+ hours. An inch gain with committed long-term use of an extender device is not unlikely, right?

I found that my PE skills and knowledge of the nuance involved have been growing with every session. At the end of the first 3 Monty period I thought I had it all figured out. Then I took some time off and when I got back to it I feel like my skills incubated and improved during the off time. I’ve settled on a growth mindset and I’m always open to learning new details of the practice. And I’m talking about simple stretches and jelqs, there’s so much to them.

Expect that any device has it’s learning curve too. Like it will take time to figure out a rythms and techniques with the bathmate.

I guess one possible advantage of an extender over manual exercises is that all it requires is that I put it on properly, set the tension level, and time my wearing. Same for the Bathmate, I just put it on and time it responsibly. I don’t have to worry about whether I’m pulling too hard or too lightly or at the best angle during manual stretches or if my jelq technique is good and effective, and so on, since the devices standardize and handle all those details.

Understood, jelqing could be hard with untrained arms or with mobility issues, like the pain you told us.

There is several approaches regarding how long a person should follow an routine. One to two months is the recommendation to take the measurements, that will tell if you should stick on it or make some adjustments. Other than actual size results, one could keep on it because is providing and improving the PI.

An inch in length is very possible with much less effort. Note that always have that chance that you could be a hard length gainer.
