Well after finding myself here every 3 or 4 months for the past year or 2 I’ve decided to try it out. I started about 3 weeks ago with just some dry jelqing. About 100 reps every day for a week. Then I decided to get on the newbie routine. I’m not able to really use heat for warm up cool down just yet because I only have access to warm water right now. When I get home I’m gonna buy a heating pad. Anyway after the first week I started doing a full set of stretches in the shower and 100 jelq on day 1 then 200 on day 2 then rest on day 3. So I read more and saw a lot of guys get good results from stretching alone and often when they use the restroom or whatever so for the past week I’ve been pulling on it any chance I can get. I’ve also been doing about 1 min of hand clamp with each hand at the end of my jelqs. So far it’s been great and I’ve noticed a difference whenever I whip it out to use the restroom.
I’ve learned not to be to close to the tip when stretching or I’ll get red dots on the tip. They went away by the next day. I pinched the shafts the other day and gave myself a big red bruise. It healed up in about 24 hours.
My BPEL is 6.25 and EG is 5.25 at the base. Pretty much the same all the way up. Goal is maybe 7 and 5.75. Not to worried about it though. I’m losing weight right now and the wife says it might get a little bigger losing weight. I’ve lost about 20 lbs so far and have another 40 that I want to get rid of so if I gain a little from my fat pad and a little from PE then it’s a win!
