hot bath warmup.
300 jelqs in the bath using dial aloe soap.
Traction using one of - lanyard or golf weights until glans is cold. I have Homedics Wrist Therap on order.
30 second stretches when I pee which is frequently.
Sleeping fowfer
August 6: Last 3 weeks dropped to 2 jelq sessions a week(saturday/sunday). Had as much gain this 3 weeks as last. There may be benefit to plenty of rest. Started using Wrist strap about 5 weeks ago for traction.
