Hey all, so I’m relatively new to the world of PE. As I don’t really talk about this with my friends, and I figured it might be like this for many others (I’m not a particularly private person in any sense of the word, but it’s not something I want people close to me knowing or talking about) and so I thought we could have a group here about anyone serious about this kind of thing, who would like to share information or ask for advice.

“So LightningZee, you’ve been on this site a few days and been training for 1 month and a bit; how are you serious?” Because I’m the type who sets his mind to something and sticks to it! Always have been. You’ll see me around :)

I have been keeping a chart and a sort of diary about this endeavour, for personal curiosity and for others which I hope will one day be inspiration. I’ve studied medicine in Uni and am told this kind of thing is impossible; I’m not an ignorant person and would like to find out definitively rather regurgitating and perpetuating such things. I know many of you on here will swear by its realism. I hope you are all right!

I will happily share all my data when its complete and I hope that it will be somewhat useful to others who follow in my footsteps, just as how the path paved before me has helped me in mine.
I was hoping to make a place here for anyone else who is new to PE, so we can help and support each other and as a place for any Vets to perhaps become mentors for those who are new (like myself).

As you can see by my stats below, I’m a very average size, and a little on the low-end of the girth scale. I’m not trying to grow huge, I just want to eventually be on the very upper-end of average length and id settle for average girth. Well I say that, but if I make it there I know I probably won’t stop until I’m a little more than average.

I will aim for a 1 inch increase in length and a half-inch in girth by the end of the full-years training. After reading a whole lot of anecdotal evidence from many others on here as well as the clinical studies (for example by Phallosan), I believe that if PE does work, then these results are attainable.

I have been a lurker here for the past month and it became clear to me this is a community of its own and I have learned a great deal of information from so many people its hard to name them all. I want to extend my appreciation to Thunder for creating this site, as well as notably Big Girtha, Firegoat and TNT who have put a lot of work into making PE an intelligent endeavour, and filling this site with a vast quantity of information both factual and anecdotal. I have read a lot from this site and found your advice immeasurably useful. So thank you for that, and the inspiration you have imbued me!

Welcome to TP! I too have some formal background in medicine, I consider PE to be Wolff’s law applied to a soft tissue. Should be pretty straightforward from that point.

Since you’re staying consistent and such, I won’t wish you luck because you won’t need it.

Instead I’ll wish you good health and don’t ramp up once you’re gaining! May you be an easy gainer!

Once we’ve hit our goal the recommendation will be to stick with a maintenance routine. The reports and discussion go both ways about the permanency of the gains and this indicates that we do need some kind of maintenance routine. Gotta protect our time investment.

Thanks Crusher, interestingly it was Wolff’s law - and more specifically relating to soft tissue Davis’s law - that made me believe there was potential in such an endeavor! You were right on the money.

Absolutely agree with you there, and I would think a maintenance routine would be a smart choice to be safe - conclusive proof either way could be a while off! Better safe than sorry, as people say.
May we both reach our goals safely and in short a time as possible!

Welcome aboard, you sound confident in your persistence, that’s the ticket to the show right there. Stay on it and like mentioned above luck is not needed just time and patience and you will succeed!
