Long_J's Routine
Thus far my routine is built primarily around the newbie routine.
5 min warm up with moist heat.
Streching 5 sets of 30 second reps in all directions followed by 30 rotations 15 clockwise 15 counter clockwise.
4 sets of Wet jelq 50 reps each with 2 minutes rest between each set.
Followed by 2 sets of 10 minutes pumping around 5hg.
5 minute moist heat warm down.
Time permitting i include Fowfers watching tv and will perform 50 5 second kegels and 50 5 second reverse kegels.
On days i find myself lacking motivation i still squeeze in 3 sets of 10 minutes pumping around 5hg.
