Lugwrench22's Routine

5min warm up with heat pad.

Manual stretching out up left right down 4 sets at thirty seconds.

12-15 minutes wet jelqing focusing on 5 second rotations.

Finish with 5-10 second base squeezes kegeling in between sets.

Warm down with heat pad 5 min
