Madkaleven's Progress
Been a lurker for awhile, so I’m semi new here. I’ve been skeptical on if any of this actually works, but I’m giving it a shot and tracking progress here. I will also be tracking NBPEL/FL because I’m considerably overweight, and am planning to start my weight loss journey in conjunction.
I plan to follow the routine below.
10 min Warm up
5 minute directional stretches. 1 min in every direction (not sure if this is overboard for a beginner)
5 min re-Warm up
10 min Jelq (200 reps)
10 min warm down
Starting stats:
NBPFL: 3.5
NBPEL: 5.8/5.9 (Erection quality is overall trash, another reason for the weight loss mission)
BPEL: 7.5
EG: 5.5 mid shaft
