Had some sporadic PE’ing over the last couple week.
On 4/14 I was able to squeeze in the following:
V-Stretch - 1 minute
Pump with black Penomet Gator - 3 sets of 7 minutes with warm water
Jelq (overhand) - 12 minutes (same technique as usual)
Pump with black gator - 1 set of 8 minutes
Pump with grey gator - 2 sets of 8 minutes
I took the next two days off.
Then on 4/17 I took a pre-workout quick measurement.
MSFG (Mid Shaft Flaccid Girth) - 12.3cm (4.84 inches)
BPFL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Length) - 15.5cm (6.1 inches)
MSEG - 13.6cm (5.35 inches)
BPEL - 18.6cm (7.32 inches)
I am pretty happy with this but know that my usual measurements are taken after a pretty long (10-15 minute) edging session. These measurements were taken right after I got to 95-100% erection level. I usually don’t take measurements and when I do, I usually like to wait 2 weeks after any workout to take them. I am going to start taking measurements pre-workout, maybe a couple of times a week.
One other thing that I can say that I am really happy about is that my regular flaccid size is now right around my original erect length and my new flaccid girth is bigger than my starting erect girth!
My workout on 4/17 went like this:
V-Stretch - 1 minutes
Pump with black gator - 2 sets of 7 minutes
Jelq - 20 minutes
Pump with grey gator - 2 sets of 7 minutes
I took the next day off.
Then today (4/19), I did this workout:
Jelqed - 15 minutes
Took a break for 4-5 hours
V-Stretch - 1 minute
Pump with black gator - 2 sets of 7 minutes
Jelq - 16 minutes
Pump with black gator - 1 set of 7 minutes
Pump with grey gator - 1 set of 7 minutes
Don’t give up. Read as much as you can on Thunders and find something that works for you. This stuff works but it does take dedication and time.
